Prosser is a Grindline Park in the middle of Washington's wine country.

The city also includes one of the best bowls I've skated.  It is a clover bowl with the depths of 6', 8' and 10'. I like clovers when they flow naturally from one to the other. This one does. There is coping in the deep end.

The stem of the clover is a mini ramp. The bottom of the stem is built up to become tight bowl that includes coping.

Running around the outside of the bottom of the clover is a bobsled type run that really doesn't go anywhere. Kids use this to fakie back and forth. On the far side by the tennis courts is a quarter ramp which is a good place for someone to loose a board into the bowl from.
