I got to Peoria right before sundown. To my surprise Joe was skating that evening. Joe has been ripping since the mid 70s. But bigger surprises were to happen. Lanny was there also. Lanny had been a local at the Death Ramp and I hadn't seen him in years. He proved he was better than ever. 

Soon I was talking with another skater and found out he was Donnie Ho. OK blow me away, I hadn't seen Donnie in 25 years or more. He had started skating, well, because the parks were here. Unfortunately I didn't get any pics of him because it was to dark.

Peoria looked real fun. But it would have to wait. I was burnt from Palm Springs and tired from driving and wanted to see my family. The next day my nephew and niece, David and Sarah, went skating there.

You see it isn't just a very good skate park, but also a very nice park....
